The tasting room is in a restored 1870s farmhouse that really sets the scene for this remarkable experience. Family owned and operated, our Nebraska Farm winery produces small lots of character-crafted wines for every taste preference with Nebraska grown grapes. With complete control over the vineyard and winemaking practices, DSW produces hand-crafted, artisanal wines using minimal manipulation, filtration, and gentle racking to bring out the “personality” of each vintage.
COVID -19 Updates 2021
At Deer Springs we strive to maintain an environment that is safe and enjoyable for our winery patrons. The LLCHD requires that masks or “face coverings” be worn while inside the facility unless seated at a table and/or enjoying beverages and or food. Or can maintain six feet of distance from non-household members.
Exemptions are recognized and accommodated. Looks like we have to keep it up until May 21st, Hopefully this will end soon! Mask wearing is not necessary outside!
If a patron is feeling unwell, or has fever or other symptoms, we ask that you please stay home and visit when you are feeling better!
If you prefer not to enter the facility, we offer curb-side pick-up of your favorite wines! We understand you may want to wait until we can be in the outdoor, lower contact risk areas for your safety and enjoyment!
Weather permitting, we encourage our patrons to enjoy the outdoor patio fire pit area! We are happy to light the firepit to keep you cozy!
For sanitation, we practice enhanced cleaning procedures, disinfecting surfaces at frequent intervals and between all customer contact.
*Ultimately, the individual patron must assess & accept his or her own risk tolerance for attending an indoor public environment during the COVID pandemic. We respect the decisions of our patrons and will do our best to enhance your experience at the winery.
